Soul Circle Wellness

Soul Circle Wellness is the ultimate full circle representation of my journey from the clutches of the fear and ego driven “Protective Personality”, to the fullest expression of the “Soulful Self” in my capacity to be there for others on their healing journeys. Nothing makes me happier than the idea of sharing my journey of self-discovery on a platform which will allow anyone the opportunity to engage with me in a safe space. Awakening can be a confronting process and is not for the faint of heart. We are deeply conditioned to avoid pain and to convince ourselves that we are “ok”. This is perhaps why so many evade this path. Waking up and remembering who we are, requires us to see ourselves authentically, to speak out truest truth. As we push past our comfort zone and push to our internal edges, we are forced to engage with our internal world, a place so foreign to most of us, that we barely know it exists.

“You don’t have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.”
C.S. Lewis

I have come to know through the journey of my personal spiritual awakening, that it is only when we express our highest purpose in this lifetime, that we can truly and authentically engage with and come from, that which I now know to be the seat of the soul, the Soulful Self. Through the work of The Energy Codes®, and under the guidance of Dr Sue Morter, founder of the Morter Institute for Bio Energetics®, I have found the place where true joy and freedom are born. We all yearn to be happy. But my yearning ran deep and constantly drew me in to a need to experience a more meaningful expression of who I was meant to be in my day-to-day experience of life. I wanted to know that what I did mattered. That it changed lives.

I’ll be the first to admit that this seemed to be an elusive idea. Discovering who I was meant to be was not a straight-line process for me, and it took much longer to discover than society had led me to believe it would. In hindsight, I see now that there is also no destination to be reached. Only multiple timelines across which to traverse, in an attempt to discover what it is that our soul is trying to reveal to us, as our truth. This journey is called life. Each of our lives has a unique purpose and a unique trajectory mapped out for us and we alone hold the key to unlock our highest potential in this lifetime. We each in fact, have everything inside of us necessary to be able to achieve that which would make us happiest in life.

We each in fact, have everything inside of us necessary to be able to achieve that which would make us happiest in life.

Quantum physics states, that there are various versions of reality available to us at any given moment through the power of choice, and the power of free will allows us to choose between multiple timelines, which we will call “our life”. But it’s not to say that these paths will all be aligned with our truest expression or for our highest good. The more we take the time to tune into the voice of our soul, our truest truth, and our heart of hearts, the more we develop the ability to discern which path is best to follow. Sadly, stuck in mind identification, we are easily led off course by listening only to the incessant chatter of the voice in our heads. We also, because of the noise in our heads, miss the subtle course corrections offered constantly by the soul, and life continues to feel like an uphill struggle.

Due to our ego’s desire to live the “perfect life”, life simply passes by in a blur of stress, anxiety, and suffering, because we resistance the natural flow of life a lot of the time, when we feel that things are not going according to our plan. What we fail to see, is that life, as it is unfolding is the plan. Life itself is the school which the soul is enrolled in, and the challenges life presents us with, are the exact curriculum we need to learn and grow from – the exact curriculum that our soul signed up for at the Bus Stop Conversation®. The challenges we face in our life, provide us with unique gifts, relative only to our specific life path. These gifts, if recognised and used as intended, allow us to step into our life’s purpose, and to mature into full embodiment and expression of who we are destined to be. In this way, we move from victim consciousness to creator consciousness, because we acknowledge these challenges as an opportunity for growth.

At the risk of sounding completely esoteric, the Universe has a plan for us all. We all have a yearning for connection, that at its essence, is a desire to connect with our own hearts and spirit, with the Self. Unfortunately, in today’s modern age, this requires a quality of personal intimacy and inner grounding which sadly, most people were not taught while growing up. We are a generation who are masterful at distraction and as a result we have forgotten what we have come here to do. We are so busy jumping through hoops, trying to impress everyone or be the best at everything that we do, that the ego gets stuck in wanting more from life and we have a plan of how we are going to get there. Along the way we decide we want more power, more money, more material possessions, more friends, more experiences. So much so, that we forget to live in the moment, connected to the body and to our breath.

“You’re not trapped. You haven’t failed. You’re not too late. Nothing is wrong with you. You are simply dormant. Your full expression of uniqueness is not online yet. That’s because you haven’t claimed it yet. It will not give up until you stop and listen. You’ve been waiting for this activation.”
– Azrya Bequer, Beqoming.

Despite all the distractions into which we immerse ourselves, many people continue to feel inadequate within themselves. This was the curse I suffered for many years. Sadly, this stems from a lack of deep, intimate understanding of who we are at our core, as energy beings. The journey of self-discovery begins with the embodiment of this realisation, through experiences of self-love, self-expression, and inner alignment. We must shine the light of awareness into every crevice of our being and become vulnerable. We must truly “know” ourselves. For me this became a reality when I added mindfulness and gratitude practises into my daily life. Breathwork, meditation, yoga, introspection, and journaling or writing practises have become a part of who I am. Melding all these practises together, I was able to begin to awaken at a deep core level, revealing the part of me that contains within it, my signature vibration. Here, as Dr Sue instructs, we find all the instructions required to activate the full embodiment of the highest version of ourselves. An inner knowing. Connected to the depths of our inner knowing, we find the key to the greatest inner and therefore outer, expression of who we are as a soul.

Meditative stillness, and a deepened connection to the breath reveals this inner world to us. Change of this kind requires us to focus only on our inner world, the opposite of what we are used to doing. Meditation teaches us to become the witness to our thoughts. We are not the body or the mind as we are taught in school Biology. We are, as Michael A. Singer and Eckhart Tolle often state in their texts, the “conscious observer” of our inner world. Seeing the inner realms can be rather jarring for us as humans. This is after all a space we prefer not to delve into. Shadow work, therefore, requires courage. It demands of us that we equally observe our innate beauty and disturbing darkness with no judgment or action to change anything. It asks us to be in a constant state of presence, faith, awe, and wonder for the process and journey as it is unfolding.

This work requires daily commitment and practise. It is not enough that we simply “know” the structure and process of awakening. Awakening is a portal into self-awareness. This is about embodiment. We are the breath. We are spirit, an extension of the divine, expressed as the soul in this body in this lifetime. We are invited in an awakening to recognise that it is spirituality that is missing from our lives and to engage with that, by bringing our breath, our spirit into the body fully, and home to the core of our being. Only once we are embodied, can we create lasting change in our bodies and in our lives.

As a side note, this is not to say that bad things won’t happen. We simply have the awareness that all things that happen in our lives, are happening for our highest good. Even if we don’t know why at the time, we don’t need to. We have faith in a much bigger process in which life is being revealed to us, in divine timing, bringing forth everything that we need to fast track our evolution here on earth. I have put together a list of books and other resources on this platform to open your mind to a world previously unknown to you and to draw you in to the wonders of a spiritual awaking. If you are truly invested in your growth process, I know that you will love the content I have included here for you to engage with and get lost in. Trust that you will be guided. Do not rush the process. Listen to your inner teacher, who knows exactly what you need and when. The Energy Codes® helped me so much to navigate my awakening process, to heal my heart and to get in touch with my soul’s purpose. This work has brought me to a place where I can now experience a life of joy, free of suffering, every single day. This work can do the same for you.

What if, all this time, all the struggle, has been leading you to this beautiful chapter in your life? What if everything does work out, even if it doesn’t seem like it right now? What if who I become, is who I’ve needed all along? What if all this hard work leads to amazing things? What if you replaced negativity with optimism? Would your thoughts and your behaviour change too? I believe so ~Tiffany Moule
